One of our GC clients in the DC metro area is hiring a local PE to step into an APM-level role on multifamily projects. These are complex, design-forward jobs ranging from $10M–$50M , and the team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and grow quickly.
You might be a fit if :
- You’ve been working for a GC for the last 2–4 years
- You’ve supported projects in the multifamily and vertical commercial construction sectors
- You’re already managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and coordinating with supers and subs
- You’ve been trusted with owner updates, internal meetings, or closeout tasks
- You’re based in Washington, DC or nearby (this is a local role only)
Responsibilities
Assist with on-site management to ensure project successEnsure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlinesResponsible for RFI and submittal processProcesses owner billings and project related accounting issuesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience2-4 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or assistant project managerStrong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
