Representing Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram were looking for a Service Advisor who delivers transparent communication premium customer care and performance-driven results.

What Youll Do

Greet and assist service guests creating positive first impressions and lasting relationships

Accurately document vehicle concerns maintenance needs and recommended repairs

Review multi-point inspections prioritize repair options and educate customers on next steps

Coordinate repair orders with technicians parts and warranty teams to ensure efficiency

Provide timely updates secure approvals and review final invoices at delivery

Recommend maintenance and repairs aligned with OEM standards and customer safety

Meet and exceed goals for CSI HPRO and ELR through transparent ethical practices

What Were Looking For

Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred (13 years)

Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK Dealertrack Reynolds etc.)

Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills

Automotive knowledge with the ability to explain technical details clearly and confidently

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
