Medical Ophthalmologist - Full Time - Outstanding Compensation & Benefits Package - Cheektowaga, NY

We are seeking a Full Time Medical Ophthalmologist to join a well-established Private Practice in

Cheektowaga, New York

DETAILS

Full Time - Medical Ophthalmologist
5 clinic days per week
40-50 patients per day
Strong Tech & Staff Support including Clinical Supervisors and Scribes
OD in the practice takes all the call - MDs are secondary call 1 week per month (very rarely gets called)

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

Year 1 Base : $285,000 + 25% after threshold + bonus for patients scheduled for any kind of surgery

Up to $10,000 for Relocation Assistance

Opportunity to be a shareholder in the ASC (after 1 year)

100% Paid Family Plan for Health & Dental Insurance

401k + company matches 50% of the first 4% contributed (eligible after 1 Year Anniversary)

PTO : Starts at 4 weeks

Year 2 = 5 weeks PTO

8 Paid Holidays + 2 additional Holidays off

Up to $5,000 for CE allowance (100% Paid CE if practice asks the doctor to go to a specific CE)

100% Paid Licensures, DEA, Associations

Paid Malpractice
