Provide comprehensive speech therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings at Socorro Regional Hospital.\nConduct swallow studies and treatments , helping patients improve communication and swallowing functions.\nCollaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.\nDocument patient progress accurately in accordance with facility and licensing standards.\nEducate patients and their families on therapy goals, treatments, and home exercises.\nMaintain compliance with facility policies and state licensing requirements.\nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace environment.\nEnsure quality patient care through compassionate communication and evidence-based practices.\n\n
