Job Summary :

The Project Architect will guide projects from concept through construction, balancing creativity with technical precision. This highly creative role carries responsibility for design development, documentation, and coordination with consultants, while ensuring projects meet client goals, schedules, and budgets. The Project Architect serves as a key client-facing leader, guiding team members and collaborating closely with Project Managers and Principal-in-Charge to deliver well-crafted, meaningful architecture.

• Lead the development of design solutions from schematic design through construction documents and specifications.
• Ensure all drawings, models, and specifications meet firm and client standards.
• Conduct code reviews and integrate requirements into project documentation.
