Salary :

$70000 to $85000 / year

Shift :

3 x 12- hour variable shift (Nights / Days)

Requirements :

Will accept licensed and certified new grads.

BLS Certification required

Occupational Therapist - TX License

NBCOT Certification

Duties :

Developing treatment plans to improve clients physical, cognitive, emotional or social functioning.

Implementing and monitoring therapeutic interventions (e.g., adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, task training, ergonomic recommendations).

Collaborating with clients, families, caregivers, other health professionals and non-medical support teams.

Documenting progress, modifying plans as needed, educating clients / caregivers about strategy, and ensuring therapy aligns with goals.

Supervising or delegating tasks (especially if working with occupational therapy assistants or aides) while retaining responsibility for the plan.
