A company is looking for an Engagement Manager - Technical to join their Marketing Services team.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring deliverables align with business goals and are executed on time
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated MarTech programs that drive measurable impact
Manage technically complex projects including CDP implementations and mobile SDK setups, ensuring successful delivery
Required Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or project management within a marketing or digital environment
Experience managing client accounts or programs with exposure to multi-channel marketing initiatives
Working knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms and familiarity with CDP or data integration tools
Demonstrated ability to manage technically complex projects and engage in technical conversations with engineers
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
