Job Description :

• Serve as a Video Systems Engineer supporting a government customer
• Deliver enterprise video collaboration capabilities, including : o Architectural design and optimization, system evaluation and analysis
• Work closely with Sr. PM to perform : o Technical planning o System integration, verification and validation o Evaluate alternatives including cost, risk, supportability o Analysis of total systems
• Lead analysis at all levels and lifecycle of total system product
• Ensure the conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions
• Translate customer requirements into hardware / software specifications Qualifications :
• Active TS / SCI with a Full-Scope Polygraph
• BS in Computer Engineering or related
• 11+ years of relevant experience
• Broad system experience o Including, modern enterprise video capabilities architecture
• Experience analyzing, designing, and developing enterprise video capabilities
• Technical expertise within video communication networks
• Technical knowledge of Unified Communication (UC) network systems
• Ability to provide specifications and detailed schematics for network architectures
• Experience operating Cisco system components, including, servers / border elements
• Experience operating VMWare servers
• Understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and H.323 comms protocols o Primary focus on Poly Infrastructure / Cisco SBCs and Gateways
• Understanding of transport layer security protocols and certificates
• Experience supporting Unified Communications (UC) solutions, including : o Voice, video, and the supporting infrastructure
• Experience supporting real time and on-demand streaming infrastructure
• Experience supporting Poly / Cisco / Skype VTC platforms
• Experience working on an enterprise ticketing system
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals in support of real time media delivery o Including multicast platforms
• Experience in large-scale video migration efforts Required : Active TS / SCI w / FSP
