Executive Assistant (Full-Time, On-Site) – Cape May Court House, NJ
Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center , a Premier Orthopaedics partner, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support one of our physicians and the President at our Cape May Court House location. This position is 100% on-site .

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to one of our physicians and the President , ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a reliable point of coordination between clinical and executive functions, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
This position is 100% on-site and requires consistent in-person presence to effectively support both clinical and executive operations.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage and monitor work priorities for the assigned physician and President.Anticipate needs by preparing records, reports, and materials for meetings.Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments.Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and PowerPoint presentations.Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, staff, physicians, and external partners.Draft and proofread correspondence and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper).Support special projects, strategic plans, and financial reporting as needed.Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information.Perform other duties as assigned.Education
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred .Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Experience
4+ years of administrative experience supporting executive-level leadership.1+ year of experience in a healthcare organization preferred.Project management experience a plus.Notary certification helpful but not required.Knowledge & Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Excel a plus).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management abilities.Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Experience managing multiple priorities under pressure and meeting deadlines.Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.Demonstrated reliability and longevity in prior roles (1.5+ years per position preferred).Location
