Responsibilities
The registered Dietetic Technician (DRT) will be responsible for providing screening to patients in the inpatient setting. The DTR will work closely with registered Dietitians and will assist with providing diet counseling and education to both patients and families.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Diet Technician Registration/Certification required.
Completion of an Accredited Dietetic Technician program required.
Current registration as a Dietetic Technician through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.
Minimum of one (1) year in a clinical healthcare setting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics preferred. #LI-TP3

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $30.95. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
