• Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced

• Architectural Designer
• with 5–10 years of professional experience to support our
• Retail sector
• projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills, deep knowledge of retail architecture, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of architects.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead design efforts for retail projects, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and code-compliant solutions.
• Develop architectural drawings, details, and documentation using
• Revit
• (minimum 5 years’ experience required).
• Serve as primary point of contact with clients, effectively communicating design intent, project progress, and solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
• Review project deliverables to ensure adherence to firm standards and client expectations.
• Qualifications :
• Education :
• Undergraduate degree in Architecture or related work experience.
• Experience :
• 5–10 years of professional architecture experience, preferably in
• retail design.
• Architectural License is not required.
• Technical Skills :

o Minimum 5 years’ experience with

• Revit
• (modeling, documentation, and coordination).

o Proficient in producing construction documents, details, and presentations.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and retail design best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.

Pay : $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
