A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Employment & Trade Secrets Practice Group . This is an outstanding opportunity to represent innovative technology and life sciences companies in high-stakes employment litigation, counseling, and corporate transactions.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Washington , in good standing
- 2-3 years of substantive experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling
- Experience handling cases involving restrictive covenants , trade secret disputes , and other employment-related litigation
- Background advising clients on terminations , leaves of absence , internal investigations , reductions in force , and employment policies
- Familiarity with employment issues in M&A and other corporate transactions preferred
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to in-person collaboration in the firm's Seattle office
Key Responsibilities
Represent employers in employment law disputes , including trade secret and non-compete litigationProvide day-to-day counseling to fast-growing companies on compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsDraft and review employment agreements , policies , and handbooksConduct internal investigations and advise on workforce management issuesSupport corporate transactions by advising on employment-related mattersWhy Join Us?

Compensation & Benefits
