Job descriptionCollaborates with MPN Managers and cross-functional teams to lead initiatives focused on : Process and policy standardization across medical practices Maximizing pay-for-performance incentives from both commercial and government payers Partners with medical practice leadership to : Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization Implement improvements in collaboration with technical, revenue cycle, and performance improvement teams Supports efforts to enhance billing processes, with a focus on : Annual wellness care visits Care management services Continuously seeks to eliminate waste and improve efficiency through process evaluation and redesign

The qualifications we are looking for from you :
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare admin required
- Master's degree preferred
- Four or more years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability.
