Managing and monitoring the customer's requirements, including any fluctuations in their releasesManaging customer portals (shortage tickets, pilot tickets, surveys, contact updates, disputes, etc.)Maintaining contact with customers in order to coordinate requirements, delivery dates and complaintsMonitoring and entering deliveries, dates and quantities in SAPCoordinating delivery dates and quantities internally with the MRP PP / MM ControllerCoordinate problem solving activities in response to customer logistics complaintsMonitoring and correcting cumulative shipped quantitiesCreating sales orders and schedule agreements in SAPCreating financial invoices in SAP as neededMonitoring and maintaining the master data in coordination with SCM and SalesHelping to improve and standardize work processesResponsible for achieving SCM KPIsTravel availabilityInteraction Required : Within the company and Externally
