Description :

The position requires a certified surgical technologist with a minimum of two years of experience.

Travelers with first-time experience will not be accepted.

Local candidates may be considered but will receive a rate adjustment.

The shift consists of 9.5-hour workdays from 07 : 00 to 16 : 30.

There is no call requirement associated with this role.

The role includes floating between locations, working primarily in an ambulatory surgery center.

No weekend work is required.

There are no specific patient ratio requirements for this position.

The position requires familiarity with various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general, and gynecological.

Experience with specific equipment and techniques such as laparoscopic cases and aseptic technique is essential.

Knowledge of decontamination and sterilization processes is necessary.

Travelers must comply with vaccination requirements for COVID-19 and flu.

References must be provided upon request.

All travelers must hold a valid state license.

Background checks will be conducted, and any hits must be approved prior to offering the position.

Drug screening is required and must be completed within the specified timeframe.
