Position Overview :

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will provide primary care to patients across all age groups, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic illnesses. The FNP will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive clinical care, ensuring that patients receive the highest standards of medical attention.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, clinical evidence, and best practices.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and perform various procedures within the scope of practice.
