Our client, a top regional law firm, is seeking a litigation attorney with 4+ years of construction law experience to join their Tampa office. This position offers the opportunity to take a lead role in handling complex construction matters, both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Role Responsibilities :

Take a lead role in managing complex construction law cases

Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality legal solutions

Engage directly with clients to provide expert guidance and strategy

Key Requirements :

Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction law

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and client management abilities

Proven ability to manage caseloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Florida Bar admission required

Strong academic credentials preferred
