We are looking for an Atomic Physicist for Ion Trapping & Integrated Photonics. Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of quantum science? In this role you will :

Innovate : Develop and operate an advanced trapped ion testbed aimed at revolutionizing ion traps integrated with photonic technology.

Explore : Create state-of-the-art atomic physics tools and setups to explore the effects of novel trap materials and integrated photonic devices on trapped ions.

Collaborate : Work alongside a diverse and talented team, including atomic physicists, engineers, and fabrication experts, to validate and enhance ground-breaking integrated photonic and trapped-ion technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, design, and build new equipment to target the high-sensitivity requirements for an ion-trap based quantum computer.
• Communicate results both internally and externally through documentation, publications, and presentations.
• Work in a research lab environment to collect and analyze data on system and device performance.

The pay range for this role is $112,000 $152,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidates skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
