Regular Full-Time Salary Range : $145k / yr - $177k / yr

Clearance Requirements : This position requires a current and active Secret Clearance at the time of application.

What You Will Be Doing :

The person in this position upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values. They are responsible for guiding the development / sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective, development / sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence. Duties include identifying, understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories.

Position Requirements :

Minimum Requirements :

• 5+ Years of experience
• 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large-scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience defining requirements and writing user stories
• Knowledge and / or experience with widely successful Agile techniques : User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
• BA / BS from an accredited college or university
• AA / AS with 7+ years experience.
• Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE / OS Certification.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.

Physical Demands :

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
