The Role
The Vice President Category Management will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide sourcing strategies and category management frameworks to drive sustainable cost savings, innovation, and supplier performance. This leadership role is accountable for overseeing key spend categories across direct and indirect goods and services and delivering measurable value in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep sourcing expertise, strong leadership, and a collaborative mindset to transform procurement into a strategic business partner. This position will also assist in the continued development and enhancement of the company's procurement systems & processes and will be a key enabler of our procurement and purchasing teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
