About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) to lead our clinical operations and enhance the quality of care provided to our members. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the delivery of evidence-based, cost-effective, and culturally competent care, while overseeing comprehensive clinical oversight related to quality, safety, and medical management.

Your leadership will play a vital role in aligning clinical operations with our organizational strategy and value-based care initiatives. You will partner closely with the Chief Medical Officer to drive clinical excellence across all programs, evaluate clinical outcomes, and lead continuous quality improvement efforts.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Direct oversight of clinical programs and functions
  • Monitoring and evaluating clinical outcomes
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives
  • Operational and strategic management
  • Team leadership and talent development
  • Engagement with providers, regulators, and community partners
  • The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry, and bring at least 7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in behavioral health. A minimum of 3 years in executive or senior management roles is essential, along with expertise in clinical oversight, utilization management, quality improvement, and value-based care models. Managed care experience is strongly preferred.
