A company is looking for a Field Trip Onboarding & Safety Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of seasonal and field trip staff
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and oversee scheduling and staffing logistics
Conduct site visits to support field operations and monitor program quality and safety standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
3 years of experience managing across Operations, People, Customer Service, and Financial / Budgetary functions required
Minimum of 3 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
Preferred experience in vendor management, sales, or event planning
