Majority of available hours are during weekdays and daytime. Opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you (within client / contract hours of operation).
Earnings & Revenue
Earnings vary by client, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Revenue is determined by your phone status when assisting customers. Additional incentives can be available based on Omni and client minimum targets.

Technology & Equipment Requirements
Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets like iPads, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, and Chromebooks are NOT permitted).
Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.
High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed. Mobile home internet and Satellite internet service is NOT supported by Omni or any client.
Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS).
Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted).
Smartphone needed for daily authentication.

Work Environment Requirements
Quiet and dedicated work area.
No Background Noise.

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and Omni Interactions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with Omni Interactions. Omni Interactions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Omni Interactions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Omni Interactions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
