Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements

Schedule

  • Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
  • Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
  • During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Education – High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • Retail Experience – At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
  • Supervisor / Managerial Experience – Not required.
  • Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal Interaction, Fashion Trend Knowledge, Outgoing, Assertiveness, Adaptability / Flexibility & Stress Tolerance, Poise & Ambition, Multi-Tasking, Applied Learning, Work Ethic, Omni Channel Services.

    The starting rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. The recruiting pay range is $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
