We spend 3 days in the studio each week as a team, and we also have days where we work from home. Ultimately, we trust our staff to know how and where they will do their best work.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, psychology, design, or related field
• Strong writing and storytelling skills and an ability to help clients define their verbal identities
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, using it to inform brand, service, and experience design
• An ability to see the big picture, synthesize insights, and translate them into frameworks for brand strategy and design thinking

We're looking for :

Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications. Salary for this role is estimated between $90,000 to $140,000 plus benefits and bonuses.
