Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a qualified Therapist to join our WISe team (formally known as Child Welfare) team in downtown Tacoma, WA.

Scope

A provider and resource for the WISe team. Provide community based mental health services to a WISe enrolled youth or young adult. Serve as a member of the intensive services team that collaborates to support youth, young adults and families. Must participate in 24 / 7 On Call rotation

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport, assess and diagnose mental health disorders for all assigned clients within scope of credential.
• Develop and implement a whole person, collaborative treatment plan with client and other treatment team members (when relevant).
• Provide individual, group, family therapy, and / or education therapy services as indicated by a client’s treatment needs.
• Respond to clinical crises through assessment, intervention, safety planning and case consultation.
• Document clinical work in a timely fashion and according to program standards, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Attend treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and designated staff training and consultation sessions as assigned.
• Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained by following all CLR policies and seeking regular consultation.
• Actively participate in clinical supervision and training for continued professional growth.
