State Tested Nurse Aide

Assists professional nursing staff in the care of residents. Works under the supervision of the registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Transports residents from one place to another, including utilizing a hoyer lift when ordered. Assists nursing staff with barrier creams for skin care and vitals. Completes and documents care provided in the resident record that includes intake and output, bowel and bladder record, etc. Bathes, dresses, combs hair, cleans teeth and cares for residents' nails. Provides bedpans and urinals for residents. Makes beds. Feeds residents. Does other duties as assigned.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time Pay : $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
