ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Work from process operation documents to setup, adjust and operate CNC Lathes such as Mori Seiki SL403 and Mori Seiki NLX2500.
• Perform and document in-process inspections during production by using a variety of gages and other precision measuring instruments.
• Read G and M code along with blueprints to verify process accuracy when needed.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers and / or CNC Programmers to prove out new processes, tooling, and fixtures; provide input to optimize machining processes.
