Job description

At Ivo, we’re redefining what’s possible with AI for in-house legal and procurement teams. We’re a rocketship Series A B2B SaaS startup—growing fast and building the future of legal ops with cutting‑edge AI. As we scale, we’re looking for a strategic leader who has built through hypergrowth and scale, and wants to get in early and build again. This role will sit at the center of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance. You’ll own the core RevOps pillars—systems, process, data, and enablement—and help us build a high‑performance, insight‑driven GTM machine.

Customers LOVE our products. We have massive market pull and a world class GTM team. Our ARR will grow 5x this year. What we need now is someone to make it all scale—efficiently, intelligently, and repeatably. You’ll be the strategic mind and operational heartbeat behind the revenue engine, ensuring the entire GTM org has the structure, automation, and insights to execute at a high level.

If you know what good looks like through multiple levels of hyper‑growth, move fast, and is willing to test new things, are a systems thinker, a builder, a data storyteller, and a GTM strategist all rolled into one—this is your chance to make a massive impact at one of the most exciting AI companies in the space. Initially, you'll have one headcount to hire a systems admin (or whatever you decide is most needed). As we grow, your team will grow, but this is a hands‑on building role early on.

You’ll be a fit if you :

Have scaled RevOps at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company before

Understand how to operationalize the entire funnel—from lead to expansion and renewal

Think like a systems architect but act like a business partner

Are comfortable owning reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement

Have a strong grasp of automation and AI tools, and know how to apply them pragmatically

Move fluidly between strategy, execution, and cross‑functional collaboration

Care deeply about clean data, efficient processes, and building a world‑class GTM engine

Bring deep Salesforce expertise (plus tools like HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, etc.)

This role has to be in our office in San Francisco. We move fast and if you’ve seen how this works in person vs remote, you get it.

Compensation :

The USD salary range for this role is $250K-$350K OTE. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
