Application Support Engineer

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer (Customer Facing).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with support colleagues and teams across the company

Quickly learn and utilize a suite of APIs and documentation

Provide technical advice and create resources for clients using JavaScript

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML)

Very strong JavaScript skills

Proficiency in PHP or ability to quickly learn

One or more years of experience in a technical role

Fluent written and spoken English
