Targeted Strength Training Programs Professional Coach-Assisted Training Metabolic Comeback Challenge twice a year Paid Vacation Retirement Plan Uniform Allowance Option for four-day work weeks Complimentary membership with an annual "bring a friend or family member" offer No personal training certification, experience or degree is required Paid The Exercise Coach certification training Paid Nutrition certification training Mentorship with an experienced coach / manager Direct 8 week track to become a certified coach Advancement opportunities available Ability to successfully complete : Nutrition Playbook Certification course Ability to get a valid CPR / AED certificate from nationally-recognized provider Must be eligible to work in USA. Must be people-oriented and well-spoken Must have an energetic, outgoing and positive personality Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels. Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven Exerbotics equipment. Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety. Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools. Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits. Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals.
