Sales Coordinator

Hi, we're Phiture the mobile growth consultancy working with the teams behind leading apps like Adobe, Headspace, and LEGO . We're setting the standard for growth in the brave new digital world, and we need great people to join our global team!

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join Phiture and help drive our growth by managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities across our award-winning services. This role is all about building strong first impressions, qualifying opportunities, maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline through consistent hygiene and follow-ups, and ensuring smooth handovers to our Account Management team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbound leads through Hubspot - qualifying and running structured discovery calls, proactive and frequent follow-ups.
  • Translate discovery outcomes into a clear, actionable brief and hand it over to the Account Management team for closing.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and transparent CRM for the wider Revops team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Pod Leads to align opportunities with services.
  • Support and execute activation and reactivation campaigns to keep the pipeline healthy.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop Sales collateral, develop feedback loops to optimize top-of-the-funnel activities

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or pre-sales, in a services / agency environment.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot (CRM workflows, pipeline management, reporting, sequences).
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a systematic and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple opportunities at once.
  • Confidence in networking and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with prospects at industry events.
