We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our growing team in a fast-paced, dynamic medical setting. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of patients.

Responsibilities and Duties : As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be trained to support the professional medical staff and help manage clinic operations. Key responsibilities include :

• Patient Scheduling : Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
• Collecting Vitals & Patient Information : Take and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, heart rate) and gather essential patient information.
• Phone Handling & Patient Interaction : Answer phone calls, assist patients with inquiries, and provide direction as needed.
• Patient Registration : Admit and register patients into the clinic system, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Data & Record Keeping : Accurately input patient data into the clinic's electronic health record (EHR) system and maintain updated patient files.
• Facility Maintenance : Assist with building upkeep, cleaning, and ensuring the clinic environment is safe and welcoming.
• Communication with Medical Staff : Relay information between patients and medical providers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient care.
• Customer Service & Patient-Centered Care : Provide exceptional service to patients by assisting with inquiries, directing them to appropriate services, and fostering a compassionate and supportive clinic atmosphere.
• Crisis Management & De-escalation : Demonstrate competency in verbal de-escalation, crisis intervention techniques, and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor in stressful situations.
• Regulatory Compliance : Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other safety protocols to ensure patient confidentiality and a safe work environment.
