Job description

Position : AEM Technical Product Manager Location : Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Duration : 06+ Months Contract Job Description : Required Skills - Product Owner, Scrum Master, AEM, DAM, CMS Job Duties - Lead AEM product planning through day to day collaboration and decision making with cross-functional team including architects, designers, engineering leaders, and business or subject matter representatives Design and drive usability studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience Define and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success Work with larger Product Manager to align on broader product roadmap dependencies Lead the Scrum Teams throughout the ceremonies and daily needs. Be keenly aware of emerging and expanding capabilities of AEM. Support business case development for AEM usage and consumption to drive growth. Lead engagement with key stakeholders ensuring experience journeys and product requirements are well understood Build strong relationships and influence others across the organization and with external vendors / vendors. Balance multiple priorities and meet stated deadlines and deliverables. Demonstrate effectiveness in dealing with ambiguity. Use communications skills to influence outcomes. Use analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization. Job Requirements - 7+ years of Senior level technical product management / ownership experience producing stated deliverables and outcomes. 7+ years of Project Management / Scrum Master experiences with large scale initiatives. 5+ years of experience with AEM many of those focused on DAM. Having lead multiple engagements leading a from-scratch AEM implementations including documenting legacy CMS tools and mapping to future state AEM. Strong history of solutioning and documentation including : building Epics, breaking down to stories, flushing out details to the engineers, owning JIRA & MIRO boards, aligning with QA for testing, and hands on confirmation of success and done. Desired Skills & Experience - Deep expertise in other, non-DAM, AEM modules Solutions Architecting QA Testing Product Management
