Maintenance technician

Randstad is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for direct hire opportunities with a leading plastic injection molding manufacturer in Garland, TX. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Candidates should have strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems, along with experience performing preventative maintenance, mold changeovers, and machine calibrations. Openings are available on 2nd and 3rd shifts, offering competitive pay and benefits with long-term career growth opportunities.

salary: $58,240 - $72,800 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and support systems to ensure maximum uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems related to molding operations.
• Conduct mold setup assistance, changeovers, and machine calibrations to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, comply with safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
