Job Summary :
The Order Support and Inventory Coordinator coordinates the administration and guidance of a variety of inventory functions in support of the GSG Store operations. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods and services while providing exceptional customer service to all clients, both external and internal for the district assigned.
Job Contributions And Key Responsabilities :
Inventory Administration
- Administer and train associates on but not limited to mobile app, requisitions, sales orders, receipts and inventory administration.
- Validate consignment inventory.
- Validate non-consignment inventory.
- Maintain materials / supplies delivery processing.
Store and Warehouse Administration
Always maintain the highest level of customer serviceAssign, prioritize and monitor activities and operating standards to ensure efficient store operationsSales order management - Ensure timely order booking and consignment itemsPricing and sales verification through reporting to ensure proper cost is being transferred to customerKey point of contact for our ranch representatives including truck drivers and ranch managersProvide guidance and training of associates on sales order and inventory management, including purging, stocking and deliveriesProvide feedback to associates to reward, coach, correct and motivateSupport proper organization and categorization of the warehouse, yard and dry storageEnsure effective processing of all merchandiseMaintain expected stock levels to all store sectionsMonitor and manage inventory controlsIdentifies and resolve problems.Communicate item changes and create updates using defined processesCoordinates with Accounts Payable department to resolve invoicing inaccuraciesEnsure effective processing of all merchandiseSupport monthly cycle counts and annual inventory countRelease of new items into Oracle SystemProcess min-max items for requisitions importCompliance and Safety
Ensure compliance with all DSA, RBI Federal, State and local regulations (E.G. quality assurance, safety, operations and personnel)Ensure standards and procedures for the handling and storage of hazardous materials and / or wasteMaintain clean and safe workplacePost proper signage for dangerous materialEnsure teams are using proper protection equipment and tools and perform activities in a safe mannerTrack pesticides regulations recordsProvide license and permits to vendors when neededOther
