Manufacturing Planner Associate
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for our Operations team. Our team is responsible for driving inventory optimization, minimizing costs, and ensuring seamless production processes to meet customer requirements. As the Manufacturing Planner Associate, you will be responsible for performing Make, Buy, and Bill of Material (BOM) planning activities, maintaining production systems integrity, and expediting material flow through the supply chain. You will play a critical role in coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient production processes. Your responsibilities will include :
Performing MRP transactions and maintaining production systems integrity
Coordinating with manufacturing, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Stakeholders to drive inventory optimization and meet customer requirements
Analyzing and controlling production schedules and capacity requirements
Executing plans and providing timely status updates
Maintaining MRP parameters, including lead times and lot sizes
Collaborating with Engineering and Change Board Rep to update BOMs

This position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications :
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
Possess knowledge of inventory management
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Desired Skills :
Basic understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Basic understanding of Lean Processes
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
