The Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Hartford Healthcare is seeking a General PM&R physician to join this dedicated team. Located in the foothills of the Berkshires in the beautiful Northwest Region of Connecticut, this position is primarily ambulatory .

The successful applicant must be eligible for a Connecticut Medical License and board certified / eligible in PM&R.
