POSITION SUMMARY

The Entry Level General Laborer is responsible for assisting basic warehouse and production tasks under direct supervision. This role is ideal for individuals with a willingness to learn and grow within the manufacturing environment. The Entry Level General Laborer will assist in various duties, focusing on efficiency and safety.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist production departments by supporting machine operators in the production process and carrying out any tasks they assign. Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by palletizing, shrink wrapping, and banding products.
• Support the organization and maintenance of inventory in the warehouse.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or any other leader in the company.
