Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 09 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract OR RN Provides specialized perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Ensures safe preparation, sterile technique, and efficient coordination throughout all phases of surgery. Responsibilities :

• Prepare patients for surgery through assessment, education, and preoperative review
• Maintain sterile fields and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during operative procedures
• Monitor patient condition and anticipate intraoperative needs
• Collaborate with perioperative teams to ensure safe and efficient workflow
• Document assessments, interventions, and intraoperative events accurately Requirements :
• Active state RN license or compact license if applicable
• Minimum two years of OR RN experience
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
• Ability to scrub and circulate preferred based on facility needs Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
