Integrated Cable Systems (ICS) , a Trexon Company, is a leading manufacturer serving the Aerospace and Defense industries, specializing in high-quality wire harness and cable assembly. Located in Longmont, Colorado, ICS is currently seeking a Production Lead to join our team in our dynamic wire harness manufacturing facility.We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in wire harness and cable assembly within the Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional technical skills and leadership capabilities to ensure the delivery of precise, high-quality assemblies that meet rigorous industry standards.
As a Production Lead , you will play a key role in driving daily and weekly production goals, collaborating with team members, and upholding a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, a strong communicator, and takes pride in leading by example while fostering a productive and supportive team environment.
