PL / SQL Developer ( Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and test complex database objects in Oracle PL / SQL and PostgreSQL, with additional development work in Java.
• Participate in the migration of Vitech V3 Core Admin benefits administration software (running on-premises in Oracle Database 11gR2) to Vitech V3locity (running in AWS on Aurora PostgreSQL).
• Convert and test the conversion of database components from Oracle PL / SQL to PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand and implement business requirements.
• Perform significant business analysis to ensure the software meets the needs of the organization, including documenting requirements, mapping and program logic, designing solutions, and testing.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, program logic, and flowcharts.
• Utilize automated software testing tools to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Vitech V3 Core Admin and Vitech V3locity.
• Learn and master database schema of complex third-party enterprise applications.
• Understand and interpret customer requirements and develop solutions to meet requirements.
