Rate : $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

• Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

We are seeking a Service Technician I for our 252-unit apartment community located in the center of North Austin! As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Work Days : Monday – Friday

Work Hours : 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Required License or Certification : Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
