Two Premier Locations : Provide anesthesia services at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center and MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Top-Notch Compensation : Enjoy a guaranteed salary of $600K. Incredible Bonus : Receive a $150K in bonuses. Relocation Support : We offer a $15K relocation allowance to make your move smooth and stress-free. Comprehensive Insurance : Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance with shared premium to keep you and your family protected. Financial Security : Employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage, plus two retirement plans (403(b) with employer match and 457(b) Savings Plan). Disability Coverage : Short Term Disability is covered by us, with an option to purchase Long Term Disability at minimal cost. CME and Professional Development : $5,000 annually for CME / Dues / Licensure to keep you at the top of your field. Student Loan Forgiveness : As part of a non-profit organization, you may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Regional Health System : We serve eight counties with MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center, MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center, and 22 primary care locations throughout the area. Join our dynamic team of 12 anesthesiologists and 2 CRNAs, where your skills and expertise will be highly valued. We cover two hospitals (a 366-bed and a 100 bed) 15 minutes apart and no surgery centers.
