PEDIATRICS- CONTINUITY CLINIC
Joe DiMaggio Childrens Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified (Board Eligible if recent residency graduate) General Pediatrician to join our continuity care clinic. This full-time outpatient role focuses on providing high quality primary care to pediatric patients while supervising and training pediatric residents during their outpatient rotations. The physician will be involved in delivering lectures and other Graduate Medical Education (GME) duties to support our residency program. Experienced candidates are preferred, although recent graduates with excellent training and recommendations may also be considered.

Monday through Friday schedule with after-hours telephone coverage
Full-time outpatient continuity clinic role focused on pediatric primary care
Supervising and training pediatric residents during their outpatient rotations
Participation in resident education through lectures and other GME responsibilities

Each floor reflects an individual theme of sports, arts, games or dreams. All patient rooms are private and are wired for movies, video games, the Internet and educational programs, and room-service meals are available any time of the day.
The eight-story, nearly ,-square-foot, environmentally friendly facility features state-of-the-art patient rooms, cardiac hybrid operating rooms, surgical and interventional radiology suites, intensive care and cardiac intensive care units, intraoperative MRI, family resource and respite spaces, ambulatory services, imaging services that feature a CT scanner disguised as a pirate ship, and inpatient and outpatient pediatric oncology treatment.
