A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex IT projects, with a specific focus on cloud migrations (preferably Azure). Required 10 Years

Experience managing migration project budgets and schedules. Required 5 Years

Azure services : Familiarity with a wide range of Azure services, including Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Database Migration Service Required 5 Years

Cloud concepts : A strong understanding of cloud computing principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid cloud environments. Required 5 Years

DevOps : Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI / CD pipelines. Required 5 Years

Automation : Working knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Desired 5 Years

PMP and Agile / Scrum Required 5 Years

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts for all levels of the business Required 10 Years

Leadership : The ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Required 10 Years

Problem-solving : Strong analytical skills to anticipate and mitigate risks and resolve issues during the migration process. Required 10 Years
