- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining office organization.
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized atmosphere.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors to address any operational needs.
- Collaborate with team members to support special projects or initiatives.
- Address general inquiries and provide information as required.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service practices.
