Superintendent - Heavy Civil - Excavation, Grading

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a reputable contractor specializing in commercial and residential excavation and grading. This is a long-term opportunity with steady local projects across the Kansas City area.

What You'll Do : Oversee daily field operations and crews across excavation, grading, and mining projects Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with plans and specs Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors Lead jobsite communication with project managers, inspectors, and clients Enforce safety protocols and company standards on all job sites

What We're Looking For : 5+ years of experience in excavation and grading construction projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read plans and manage schedules Familiarity with local codes and industry best practices A reliable and organized team leader who takes pride in quality work
