Position Summary
The Senior Analyst - Disputes & eDiscovery provides advanced technical expertise and operational support for eDiscovery engagements. Reporting to the Manager, this role is integral in executing complex technical tasks across all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle, from data collection to production. The Senior Analyst ensures high-quality outcomes by leveraging cutting-edge tools, adhering to best practices, and delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements
Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
Experience : 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation technology, with demonstrated technical expertise.
Skills :
Proficiency in Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms and advanced analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage complex technical tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Equipment To Be Used : Personal computer and other office equipment such as telephone, calculator, fax, machine, copier, scanner, etc.
Essential Job Functions :
Ability to sit and / or stand for prolonged periods, intense eye usage, and finger, hand and wrist dexterity associated with prolonged computer use.
Ability to utilize technology, including computers and telecommunication devices.
Ability to read and interpret written documents, computer screens and other visual displays accurately.
Ability to work long days and / or firm holidays as required.
Execute advanced technical tasks and data analysis within eDiscovery projects.
Communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Uphold confidentiality and data security in all engagements.
Working Conditions : You will be required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. Occasionally called upon to work hours in excess of your normal daily schedule. The details of your weekly schedule will be discussed further with your direct supervisor.
Pay Ranges
This represents the presently anticipated low and high end of Reed Smiths pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location and experience.
This is a non-exempt position. The hourly wage and estimated annual compensation ranges are as follows :
Pittsburgh, Miami, Houston, Denver, Atlanta (40-hour work week) :
Annual range : $89,000 - $114,000
Hourly rate : $42.79 - $54.81 / hour
Philadelphia (40-hour work week) :
Annual range : $96,000 - $122,000
Hourly rate : $46.15 - $58.65 / hour
Chicago (35-hour work week) :
Annual range : $96,000 - $122,000
Hourly rate : $52.75 - $67.14 / hour
Princeton, Washington, D.C. (40-hour work week) :
Annual range : $102,000 - $130,000
Hourly rate : $49.04 - $62.50 / hour
New York (37.5-hour work week) :
Annual range : $105,000 - $134,000
Hourly rate : $53.85 - $68.53 / hour
Los Angeles (40-hour work week) :
Annual range : $105,000 - $134,000
Hourly rate : $50.48 - $64.42 / hour
San Francisco (40-hour work week) :
Annual range : $112,000 - $142,000
Hourly rate : $53.85 - $68.27 / hour
