Work Dates Needed : As soon as credentialed - Dec with possibility of extension

Preferred Schedule : Mon-Fri (8a-5p)

2-3 weeks per month of coverage needed

Worksite Setting : Outpatient

Scope of Work :

Outpatient endocrine clinic seeing patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorder, pituitary disorder, osteoporosis, PCOS etc.

New patients are scheduled for 40 min, follow up patients for 20 minutes

Limit of 10 patients per session, 8 clinic sessions per week

Avg 20 patients per day.

100% Geriatrics

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active CT License; BC; 3-5 years of ENDO experience preferred, local providers preferred but not required

EMR : Epic
